When you submit a form on FindYourQari (contact, trial booking, or teacher application), we collect the name, email address, WhatsApp number, and any additional information you provide. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are arranged privately between you and your assigned teacher.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, match you with a suitable teacher, and coordinate your trial class. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form Submissions

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (web3forms.com) and delivered to our email inbox. Web3Forms is a GDPR-compliant service. Submitted data is stored securely and accessible only to FindYourQari staff.

Cookies

FindYourQari uses no tracking cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, it uses anonymised data only and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing info@findyourqari.com. We will respond within 7 days.
